PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU VOTE FOR THE WINNER!!!OK, this is an official face off. YOU, the participants of my poll will have to vote for whoever u think will win. I will be closing the poll in a few days, and whoever gets the most votes wins! I will write down the battle scene in a few days. Remember, the Arbitor has the most fighting experience and also a 15 second Active Camouflage, enough time to sneak up behind the Chief and whack him. The Chief has slightly more strength than the Arbitor (a Covenant Elite) and also a flashlight to shine in the Arbitor's face. And the weapons... Arbitor: -Covenant Carbine (VERY accurate) -Energy Sword (every SPARTAN's worst nightmare) Chief: -Battle Rifle (rivals Carbine) -Shotgun (fires 8 bullets with ONE pull of a trigger) I shall not vote (I WANT Arbitor to win), but that would make this face-off unbalanced. So choose wisely...

Scenario:
The Arbitor goes to the Ark (as mentioned in Halo 2) and blows it up, destroying the chain of Halo's, and also blowing up almost all the Flood remaining in the universe. However one wrecked piece of a Sacred Ring crashed on Earth, and released a dozen Floodlings. They consume a few humans, turning them into those bloaty Flood things. They reproduce, and reproduce, and reproduce...
Until Earth was nearly destroyed by flood combat forms. The Chief was thrown in space so he would not be consumed by the flood, but soon the remaining earthlings were consumed. Chief was out for revenge, and soon he found Arbitor, Johnson and Miranda Keyes on a camp on the moon Installation 04 (the Halo u find in Halo: CE), known as Basis. He grabs his remaining weapons, and killed Johnson and Keyes, for siding with the Arbitor. The Arbitor soon finds out that Master Chief assassinated them both, and he planned on avenging them. The two titans meet out on a battlefield, and draw their weapons. The Arbitor has a Covenant Carbine and an Energy Sword. The Chief has a Battle Rifle and a Shotgun. Both charge, but only one will survive.
It's up to you, to decide who...

Ok now that I'm REALLY, REALLY bored, and it's a tie, I think I'll post the battle. Here it goes: The Arbitor brandishes his sword, and lunges towards the Chief. He sidestepped out of the way, and got his shotgun, and aimed... POW!!! 4 of the 8 bullets tore through the Arbitor's shield and ripped into his flesh, leaving 4 purple holes on his armor. Seeing a nearby rock, the Arbitor darted for cover. The Chief took out his Battle Rifle, and fired a couple of times. None were headshots, so he didn't kill the Arbitor, yet. The combat suit's armor quickly regenerated, and the Arbitor activated his Active Camouflage. He snuck up close to the Chief, who finally noticed the footprints, and shone his flashlight in that direction. Too late. The Arbitor lit his Energy sword and lunged for the Chief, again. The Master Chief put his Battle Rifle in front of him for protection, and it got cut up in half. He quickly reached for his shotgun, while the Arbitor got his Carbine out, and fired a couple of shots. They weren't able to delay the Chief, so the Arbitor bashed him with his gun. The Chief used his shotgun, and bashed the Arbitor. They tried to bash each other again, but their guns locked together. But, because the Chief had more strength, he was able to get his shotgun in firing position first. "Sayonara," he called to the Arbitor. But, with his other hand, he reached for his Energy Sword and stabbed the poor Chief in the head. His visor shattered into pieces, revealing the face of a frail human being, with an Energy Sword going through it. But with every last ounce of his energy left, the Chief pressed the trigger, and all eight 3" bullets tore into the Arbitor's flesh. Blood squirted out of his 4-jawed mouth, as he collapsed onto the sandy ground, dead. His Energy Sword exploded, blasting the Chief's head to smithereens. He collapsed on top of the Arbitor, red blood gushing out of his neck. The clash of titans ended, neither winning. Sorry, to whoever still wanted to vote. But, if you submit more votes, I will re-write the battle. And also, if you want me to change some parts, feel free to tell me, and I will . PLAY HALO 2. IT'S AWESOME!!!
